Standard Shipping ( USA )

  • Delivery Time: Our standard shipping time is 7 business days within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free for all orders over $50. For orders below this amount, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will apply.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our carrier’s website.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking Number: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
  • Incorrect Address: If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we can change the address once the order has been processed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International Shipping ( Standard Shipping ( Spain )

  • Delivery Time: Our standard shipping time is between 1-3 business days within Spain. Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Currently, we only ship to Spain, and delivery is within 24 hours/48 hours after our team confirms your order. In the European market, we are using the Cash On Delivery payment method/option, as most of our clients prefer it in Spain.
